Send your product to the service center at our headquarters at Weston Center, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6FL (within the Storage Boost building). Opening hours: Monday, Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm.
What are the fees I have to pay if the product is out of warranty?
The service charge is a fixed price that varies from product to product (from £ 30). You will be asked to pay this fee if you submit your product for repair. Payment can be made by credit card at the store or by telephone, or you can submit a check to FK Marketing Ltd when returning your product. Please note that a delay in redeeming your check may delay your repair. However, we will contact you in case of problems.
